The Shift Lead will be responsible for supervising staff, handling cash transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring the store adheres to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Supervise store operations during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Employee Management: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members to enhance performance and customer service
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to customers and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
