Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and customer service.
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Assist in inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and product placement.
• Manage cash operations, including deposits and reconciliations at shift end.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Report operational updates to management and communicate effectively with team members.
