Job summary

San Manuel invites applications for the Manager, Surveillance Operations Shift role under the Senior Manager, Surveillance Operations. The position oversees surveillance activities across tribal enterprises, including live observation and video review, to detect incidents and respond promptly.

You will lead the Surveillance Monitor Room team, align operations with gaming laws, and escalate significant incidents to senior leadership while supporting training and performance development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, accounting, law, psychology or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in casino surveillance or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience managing functions, teams or departments.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees surveillance across all tribal enterprises to detect cheating, incidents, and policy violations.
• Directs Surveillance Monitor Room operations, schedules, and performance assessments.
• Provides strategic recommendations to enhance game protection and risk mitigation.
• Ensures adherence to gaming laws, SMTGC regulations, and internal policies.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for surveillance staff.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual operation reports for leadership.
• Reviews incident footage and communicates significant events to Senior Management.
• Maintains compliance with internal controls and auditing standards.
