Job summary

Marktwaincasinolagrange is seeking a vigilant Surveillance Supervisor to support the Surveillance Manager. You will oversee senior operators and technicians, supervise shifts, and ensure compliance with MO Gaming Commission requirements. You will guide training, monitor CCTV and protect casino assets.

Strong communication is essential. You must lead with integrity, enforce policies, and respond decisively to emergencies until the Manager arrives.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of Surveillance experience.
Ability to lead and mentor the Surveillance Team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Legal age to work in the casino industry and ability to obtain MO Gaming Commission work permit.
Ability to take authority over any situation when the Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

Supervises all personnel assigned to surveillance operations on a shift basis.
Safeguards assets of the company.
Conducts surveillance of areas, customers and employees to ensure protection of assets.
Conducts investigations as directed by the Surveillance Manager.
Ensures all surveillance personnel are properly trained in all duties.
