Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks a Senior Surveillance Infrastructure Technician to provide strategic and operational leadership within the Surveillance team. You will mentor staff, oversee installations, ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance across tribal, state, and federal requirements supporting gaming operations.

The role requires hands-on installation of cameras, servers, networking gear, fiber optics, and cabling, plus on-call incident response.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in surveillance technology, IT, low voltage systems, or related fields.
• Vocational/Technical certifications in Low Voltage, Surveillance or IT infrastructure are required.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure surveillance components including cameras, servers, storage, and networking gear.
• Test and label cables, manage cable pathways and racks for organized infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor team; document installations and testing results for compliance and scalability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot surveillance systems; respond to outages and incidents 24/7 on-call.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant integration.
