Job summary

Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E) seeks a Surveillance Manager to lead daily surveillance operations, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and safety of guests and property. You will oversee the surveillance team, equipment, and incident responses in a dynamic casino setting.

Strong leadership, surveillance/security background, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and policy adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of surveillance experience or related field.
• At least two years in a supervisory capacity/leadership role.
• Five years of progressive experience in surveillance, security, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Surveillance Department and oversee daily operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise surveillance team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage surveillance equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
