Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks a Manager, Surveillance Operations Shift to oversee surveillance activities across tribal enterprises, including casino gaming operations. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in casino surveillance or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing functions, teams or departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee comprehensive monitoring across tribal enterprises using live observation and video review.
Direct Surveillance Monitor Room operations, schedule staff and verify task completion.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance game protection and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with gaming laws, SMTGC/ MICS, and tribal policies.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff training.
