• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in casino surveillance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing functions, teams or departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive monitoring across tribal enterprises using live observation and video review.
• Direct Surveillance Monitor Room operations, schedule staff and verify task completion.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance game protection and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, SMTGC/ MICS, and tribal policies.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff training.
