Job summary

Sagchip is seeking a Surveillance Supervisory Lead under the Surveillance Director to oversee the Surveillance Department operations at SEG. The role focuses on policy delivery, staff coaching, training oversight, and reporting to improve security and compliance.

The position requires 5 years in gaming surveillance, 3 years in supervision, and 24/7 on-call availability, with ability to obtain a gaming license; it involves collaboration with casino management across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Five years gaming surveillance experience.
• Three years in a supervisory role.
• Two years of CCTV experience.
• Experience with NVR and Digital Video equipment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loss prevention across Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort and Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel.
• Deliver and oversee department policy to all shifts.
• Provide training oversight and ensure refresher training annually.
• Coach employees and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Prepare continuous reports and recommendations to the Surveillance Director.
• Communicate with casino department managers on reporting errors, theft, and suspicious behavior.
• Adhere to all federal, state and Tribal gaming regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial objectives for the department.
