• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers and patients.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate cash handling: registers, price verifications and records of scanning errors, price modifications, and voids.
