Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. You will lead the store staff when managers are not on site, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and promote a positive shopping environment for CVS customers.

The role emphasizes supervision, effective communication, and maintaining confidentiality while driving merchandising and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
