Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to support store operations and customer experience when management is not present. You will open/close the store, handle cash, assist with deliveries, and ensure displays, pricing, and signage are correct.

You will also assist customers, resolve issues, and help maintain inventory accuracy across departments and the stockroom. English fluency is required, and prior supervisory or key-holder experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Engage with customers to deliver a delightful shopping experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations; maintain inventory accuracy across departments.
