Qualifications

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Registrations of all related sales on assigned cash register and handling pricing tasks per policy.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom operations, displays, and inventory accuracy.
