Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change as requested to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greeted customers and patients, offers assistance with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps store keys and holds responsibility for opening/closing when management is not present.
• Assists with warehouse/vendor orders, including opening backdoor for deliveries and reviewing order exceptions.
• Maintains accurate register records, scanning accuracy, price verifications, and voids; supports price changes and signage.
