Job summary

You will greet customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits to deliver a distinctive customer experience while coordinating with vendors and maintaining accurate inventory and displays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or key-holder retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and ensure accurate cash register records.
• Provide proactive customer assistance and deliver Walgreens service standards.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom processes, including door access.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, signage, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Support displays, resets, and promotional merchandising; ensure regulatory compliance.
