Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and supports vendor deliveries through backdoor access.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and assists with pricing, displays, and merchandising.
