Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Help manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, ticketing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
