• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-up systems, cash handling, and daily readiness.
• Complete product returns, void orders, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, back door access, and stockroom coordination.
• Register all related sales on assigned cash registers, document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist with order exceptions on release day and reverse logistics, including returns.
• Evaluate and develop displays, resets, and promotional merchandising.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across stockroom and departments.
• Ensure proper pricing, signage, and compliance with local regulations and policies.
