• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coaches team members on service best practices and proactive assistance.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, and proper signage; assists with backroom operations.
