Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers as needed.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive customer experience while resolving issues and answering questions.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and store maintenance; support backroom operations and vendor deliveries.
