Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager in New Jersey to support management in daily operations and deliver excellent customer service. This hourly role includes training crew, overseeing safety and quality, and assisting with opening/closing the restaurant when managers are unavailable.

You will manage inventory, cash controls, and ensure adherence to company standards while coaching staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to crew.
• Hands-on training for crew in Learning Zone.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Open/close the restaurant when management is unavailable.
• Monitor cash procedures and daily financial controls.
• Review food handling procedures and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee inventory, food prep, and order fulfillment to meet standards.
