Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the Millerton area is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, merchandising, pricing, stocking, and executing displays and inventories.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations and closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays and inventories.
