Job summary

CVS Health in Bedford, NY seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations when managers are off-site. You will supervise staff, assist customers, and ensure open/close procedures are completed accurately and on time.

You will promote CVS customer service standards, handle inquiries, and maintain confidentiality while coordinating stock, displays, and merchandising to drive loyalty and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when no manager is on site, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store staff and coordinate with management to drive store execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain merchandising standards.
