Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a friendly greeter to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at the facility in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. You will greet guests, direct traffic, assist in the lobby and parking office, and support cashiering as needed, while maintaining premier customer service.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, strong English skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather. Entry-level education is acceptable, with prior customer service experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
