Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, payroll, and expenses.
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify and recruit new talent.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities including daily bank deposits.
