• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps accurate inventory counts and assists with price changes and signage in-store.
• Assists with backroom and vendor deliveries, displays, and basic maintenance when management is absent.
