Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, profitability, payroll and controllable expenses.
• Lead customer-facing interactions and ensure excellent service.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure team follows safety protocols and merchandising standards.
• Identify and train new team members; maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including daily bank deposits.
