Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service and programs.
• Handle phone calls and store-to-store transfers efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
