Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales and customer service.
• Lead team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure timely processing of online orders and special orders.
• Manage retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.
