Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures including deposits.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure returns, exchanges and invoicing are handled efficiently and correctly.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
