O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence.

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in customer service and operations.
• Oversee showroom customer service and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No).
• Perform shift management in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Ensure proper cash handling, returns, and deposits per policy.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties and daily security checks.
