Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading the team in excellent customer service for retail and professional customers, handling orders and transfers, processing returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and security.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• RSS Certification must be obtainable.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, auto parts is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute sales programs.
• Answer phones and manage order transfers and shipments per policy.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that security procedures are followed.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, deposits, and clock-in/out compliance.
