O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Supervisors in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also involves shift management when managers are unavailable and encourages bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include leading team members in service programs, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring proper invoicing and secure store operations.

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, executing service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure; use electronic ledger for outside orders.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods; stage returned items.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules; clock-in/out per policy; manage day end procedures and secure deposits.
