Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence, while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Typical pay range is $16.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew with assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock and reset departments as needed.
• Execute displays, signage, inventory, and weekly promotions.
