Job summary

The role requires at least one year of leadership or key-holder experience, fluent English, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Knowledge of store inventory and available certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Preferred: valid PTCB or ExCPT certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling.
• Engages customers and provides help with products and services to deliver a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate cash handling, price changes, and signage to support pricing and regulatory compliance.
• Assists with inventory, backroom organization, and vendor deliveries; supports displays and merchandising.
• Ensures store cleanliness, provides excellent customer service, and follows company policies.
