CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and lead the staff in delivering excellent customer service and store performance. The role involves opening/closing procedures and ensuring smooth operations when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, and ensure customer confidentiality while upholding company policies. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with regular hours and weekend availability.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store operations in coordination with CVS Store Management to drive execution and performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory as part of daily duties.
