• Preferred: PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers, offers assistance, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages register records, price verifications, and voids; assists in order releases.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports displays, pricing, and stock rotations.
• Interacts with vendors, handles backdoor deliveries, and backroom operations.
• Ensures store conditions, signage, and compliance with local regulations.
