Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization; supports pricing changes and signage.
• Registers sales, reviews scanning errors and price verifications, and handles voids.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, order exceptions, and reverse logistics.
• Supports displays, resets, and promotional merchandising.
• Performs basic bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and ledgers as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state laws regarding regulated products and bag checks of team members.
• Communicates tasks between management and staff when leadership is not present.
