Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change as needed.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and maintains a positive store atmosphere.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and assists with pricing, displays, and backroom operations.
• Supports vendor deliveries, order review, and reverse logistics as needed.
• Assists with pharmacy out window and adheres to state regulations for regulated products.
