Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff and ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Your role focuses on supervision, customer care, and accurate merchandising, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays, signs and inventory per weekly, promotional and seasonal plans.
