Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are unavailable, you lead the team and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise crew, coordinate tasks, handle customer questions, promote CVS service culture, manage merchandising, pricing, stock shelves and seasonal displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price, stock and display merchandise; manage inventory and weekly/promotional/seasonal layouts.
