Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store staff in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You will supervise crews, assist customers, and manage merchandising and displays to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of a manager, coordinating with store management and crews.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Execute displays, signage, inventory, and department resets per planograms (POGs).
