Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead store staff when managers are not onsite, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures while delivering strong customer service.

You’ll supervise crew activities, handle customer questions, and maintain confidentiality. The role involves merchandising, shelves, displays, and adapting to early morning/overtime shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and computer literacy are required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: guide store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to execute tasks effectively.
• Direct and follow up on activities across the store workforce.
• Communicate information clearly between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture with welcoming interactions.
• Handle customer relations per policy and drive a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality at all times.
• Price merchandise and ensure shelves are stocked and appealing.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal displays and signage.
• Manage off-shelf merchandise displays and maintenance.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) as needed.
