Job summary

Guernsey Sonic is seeking a dependable shift lead to perform, lead, and supervise a wide range of restaurant operations across fountain, grill, drive-thru, and prep areas. You will train new staff, enforce policies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is needed.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask during peak hours.
• Strong leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead station duties (fountain, grill, front/drive-thru) to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Ensure policy compliance and cleanliness/sanitation.
• Maintain attendance and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
