Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in DeRidder, LA is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead station duties, supervise team members, and ensure guests receive quality service and products.

You will train new hires, enforce policies, supervise cleaning and sanitation, and maintain attendance.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge required.
• Basic math and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
• Hours include minimum 30 per week, nights, weekends and holidays.
