Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Arkansas is seeking a Shift Leader to perform, lead, and supervise daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will oversee station duties, train new team members, and ensure adherence to company standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, reporting issues to management, and leading shift meetings while handling 30+ hours per week with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge is a plus.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership, time-management and conflict-resolution skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Regular attendance is required.
