Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Church Point, LA is seeking a shift leader to perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru, and prep areas, ensuring quality product and service. The role requires regular attendance with minimum 30 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will assist with new employee orientation, enforce policies, maintain sanitation, and lead shift meetings while reporting issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru, etc.) to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties per standards.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD.
• Move and stock food product up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
