Shake Shack in Lawrenceville, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to manage the flow of service, direct team members on a shift, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.

You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly staff, participate in interviews, assist with employee relations, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment. Shake Shack offers competitive wages and benefits.

Formación

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
