You will help build a high-performing hourly team and may assist with operations such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory.

Interviews and employee relations support are part of the role. Starting hourly rate is $20.00–$24.00, with weekly pay and a broad set of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Food safety certification as per local rules.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage service flow and direct team members during shifts to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly team members.
• Assist with operational support tasks (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory).
• Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
