SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food, a clean environment, and a safe, efficient guest experience.

You will lead and develop Great People, hire and train staff, coach performance, and maintain service standards during rushes while upholding all safety and sanitation rules.

This role requires clear communication, positive leadership, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
