Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

You will ensure compliance with policies, scheduling, and communication with the store manager. The role emphasizes a positive work environment, operational excellence, and teamwork in a fast-paced Wingstop location.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, responsive service.
• Ability to supervise and train crew and shift leads.
• Knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew with guest service to ensure welcome and courteous experience.
• Assist with preparing and packaging orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Monitor cash handling for accuracy and deposit reconciliation.
• Inspect equipment, temperature logs, and freshness of products daily.
• Ensure proper scheduling and coverage of all shifts.
• Oversee weekly deliveries and inventory for cost control.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met.
